克拉瑪斯天鵝別墅及水療中心 (Desa Swan Villas & Spa, Keramas)

房間很小，位置在很偏僻的地方，附近連超市都沒有，被某軟件騙過來的，早餐也很一般。不過酒店的黑沙灘還是很不錯的。

很不錯，環境非常好，服務也很貼心，但是房間太小了甚至沒有桌子，沒地方吃飯或者化粧。其餘都很好。注意打車的時候不要被司機坑了，司機愛要加錢，別慣著他們。

It was a very relaxing stay in our spacious villa and private pool. The beach has black sand which was a nice treat to see. The restaurant where breakfast is served has a view of the water and beach. The waves would be great for surfers. The spa was amazing! This was a great place to vacation if you want to stay somewhere and just relax. There is not much near by, but they can get a driver to bring you on 訂房網站s around the island.

We stayed a total of 5 nights in a one bedroom villa. We were assigned a 4 bedroom villa which was a very big compound. As were were only using 1 bedroom, the other 3 rooms were locked up. Everything was very clean and every morning a whole team would come for the housekeeping (groundskeeper, pool cleaner, etc). There was a separate kitchen/dining/living room which had a tv, tall fridge, stove top, hot/cold water dispenser and kitchen utensils. During the day with the fan on it was nice and airy. The pool was quite big and very clean. There was greenery everywhere and it's very quiet so you feel rather peaceful. Air conditioner was only in the bedroom and it was comfortably cold. There's also a mini fridge and tv in the bedroom. Besides local channels (which usually lost signal) there's also Youtube or you can log in to your Prime or Netflix. Wifi signal is fantastic as I think it's a dedicated signal for each villa. Bathroom had a tub and toiletries were provided in heavy stone jars instead of those small bottles that you usually get in hotels. Which was nice but they didn't replenish the conditioner which ran out a day before we checked out. Not a major thing but perhaps something that could be improved. Loved the toiletries fragrance though. One thing we really appreciated is that we could smoke in the open areas of our villa, an ashtray was provided upon request for us to smoke by the pool. Contact with the front desk is through WhatsApp. Any request you have they will attend to promptly. They do provide a shuttle service if you want to go anywhere within the premise. They will even bring you to the 24-hr convenience store which is not that near and will wait for you while you shop for your snacks and drinks. Our villa #15 was not too far from their one and only restaurant which is beach side (fantastic view) so we would just walk there. Breakfast was ok. Room service was good but limited menu. Their restaurant has themed nights on Tuesdays (Bali dance), Thursdays (live acoustic) and Saturdays (not sure what's on). We had dinner there on a Tuesday. Dine in menu had so much more choices. We tried the grilled seafood platter that tasted delicious. Other than the restaurant there's nothing else in the immediate vicinity. I think you can arrange for spas, transport and activities but we didn't try for any of that. It's about an hour's journey from the airport. Check in and check out were a breeze. Throughout our stay the staff there was so wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Even before our arrival they were very prompt in answering my email queries. We will definitely do a return visit.

Had a lovely time at the villa albeit it was a short stay. Quite far from shops but nearby ubud. We enjoyed the breakfast with the beautiful view of the sea and waves. The service from the staff members were exceptional!

Resort has chill laid back vibes which is what we wanted. You can request a buggy to send you around to the restaurant or lobby or spa. Staff were very attentive and sheets were clean. Private pool was big and great for chilling around. The included breakfast could have more variety and the location is not near town or shops. Rather it is for those who want to walk along beaches and escape the crowds. The waves are strong and good for surfers. The villa, garden and pool were big and clean.

Very good service. Provided us with easy and quick communication through WhatsApp. Villa was spacious. Walking distance to the beautiful beach from the villas. Very nice and calm ambience.

Very good experience, will suggest more friends to come here and stay here!

Останавливались семьей с ребенком проездом на 1 день и остались очень довольны. Быстро заселили, предложили приветственные напитки , повысили категорию номера бесплатно Номер на 2 этаже с видом на море , все чисто , красиво, внизу бассейн и много зелени и цветов. До моря минут 5-7 , но в любое время отвезет Buggy car по запросу. Песок черный блестящий, волны огромные - очень красиво и необычно На берегу прекрасный ресторан с вкусной едой и прекрасным видом. На все просьбы и пожелания реагируют моментально через ватсап. На следующий день нам предоставили бесплатный трансфер до Сафари парка и по запросу завезли в большой супермаркет, мы закупили там морковки кормить животных в зоопарке.

Самое крутое это вид на океан из ресторана отеля,пляжа у самого отеля нет,персонал старается,в основном все милые и доброжелательные . Завтрак хороший,комната маленькая очень,есть варианты с простором раза в 3 побольше. То есть за эту цену дороговато,можно выбрать вариант получше.
